2022 Boer Vineyard Grenache

Sandler has been making Boer Grenache since 2010, and it is usually the smallest production wine in our lineup.  We bottled 28 cases of the 2022 Grenache, so it will only be sold to the mailing list.  This Grenache is produced with 100% whole cluster fermentation, a very traditional way of making red wine.  The peppery aromas and tannic impression on the palate come from this technique.  The whole cluster fermentation also adds an earthy component to the natural candied flavors of the Grenache fruit.  Try this from 2024 through 2033.
