2023 is Sandler's second vintage of Poor Ranch Zinfandel.  Ed first met Johnny and Susan Poor in 2017 and has made a few vintages of this wine for some of his clients' wines.  It is one of the most spectacular sites of head-trained, old vines in California.  The Poor family has been farming their land for several generations.  The '23 Poor Ranch Zin was some of the last fruit harvested in a very late vintage.  It came in on October 20 in perfect shape.  Enjoy this from 2025 through 2033.
